Scenes, businesses, names, phone numbers and figures in our demos, example builds and calculator are illustrations. They aren’t customer stories, and they aren’t promises of any particular result. The calculator shows simple arithmetic on the numbers you enter.

Solutions” and the Newlinx logo are names and marks we use for our business. Other product and company names mentioned here belong to their owners, and mentioning them doesn’t mean they endorse us.

Our total liability for any claim about the site is limited to one hundred US dollars. These limits apply to the website only. Our responsibilities for client work are set in the written agreement for that work.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute about the site will be handled in the state courts in Jackson County, Missouri, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, and you and we agree to those courts’ jurisdiction.
11. General
If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we don’t enforce a term right away, we haven’t given it up. These terms, together with any written agreement for work we do for you, are the whole agreement about using this site. We may block use of the site or its forms by anyone who breaks these terms.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and update the effective date. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Changes apply from the new effective date and don’t affect a dispute that started before it.
